How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 1–3 working days. Express next-day delivery is available at checkout. International orders typically take 5–10 working days.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50. Orders under £50 attract a flat £3.99 shipping fee.
What's your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Email orders@randumwears.com to start a return.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Return your item and place a new order for the correct size — we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Generally no — we run limited quantities and rarely restock. If something is sold out, it's usually gone. Follow our Instagram for news on upcoming drops.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. If you haven't received it within 2 business days, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to most countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
